GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Service Tax applicable as per Prevailing Rate.
- Volume shipment will attract volumetric rate.
- All packages must have complete name and address & Phone No. and Fax No etc.
- You will provide 5 copies of invoice or Stock Transfer Note with Delivery Challan,
describing contains & value with State Permits. All shipments will be accepted on
said to contain basis.
- OCTROI charges will be collected from consignor or consignee if applicable. Octroi
Clearance charges will be Rs 30/- per shipment and Interest on Octroi Amount @ 5%
and Payment has to be made in three to four working days against original Octroi
Receipt. In case of clearance done by your agent, no service charges or Interest
is applicable.
- Invoice will be raised on fortnightly basis and payment of Invoice is to be settled
in seven days from the date of submission of Invoice. Delay in payment will attract
interest @ 1 % per week till the date of payment realization.
